D&D Enamel Pins

Brief: Design and create a set of enamel pins inspired by the class selections from Dungeons and Dragons, fifth edition, including backing cards, and a Kickstarter campaign to crowdfund the project.

Design: Each of the pin designs incorporate floral elements to appeal to the current young-adult and increasingly female Dungeons and Dragons fanbase. Pin designs were thoughtfully illustrated with care to each class’s abilities and traits (for example the Cleric and Paladin pins pins both feature symmetrical designs with a staff or sword flanked by wings, as they are both holy classes). A neutral scroll-and-magic design is used for the backing cards and Kickstarter. Every Kickstarter order included a thank-you card with an additional, exclusive dragon illustration.

The Kickstarter was successfully funded in 2021 with 100 backers and over 300% funding.
